Favourite product at the moment..

My favourite product right now is this...


Its The Body Shop Vitamin E Moisture cream.
I had been using a cheap store brand moisturiser on my skin as i couldnt afford to splash out on a more expensive moisturiser while im in college, but got converted to this product one night after cleansing my skin as normal, this product was sitting next to the sink (belonging to my mum) so i popped a bit on.
The product goes on so smoothly, smells like roses or how you'd imagine a Granny would smell, and makes skin so soft and bright!
Its lovely!
I got up the next morning and was amazed by how good my skin looked. So, seeing my amazement, my mum kindly bought me a pot of it and i love it.
I look forward to getting my makeup off at night, it just feels so nice on the skin!
The product contains Sorbitol which is a humectant, which means it attracts moisture to the skin, hydrating the skin.
It also contains Antioxidants(Vitamin E) to protect skin against harmful damage to skin from environmental or external factors.



The product costs about €17.00 here in Ireland i think, but i will definatly buy it again. I havent had any spots since i began using this product at all. I'm not usually prone to spots but i do occasional get an odd one, and iv had no problems with my skin since using this product.

Face of the Day

Hay people,

I had a Beauty practical exam today, which was a 3 hour exam doing body treatments on a client. The exam went really well and I'm happy with it :)

Birthday Celebrations

Hay guys!
So, for my birthday this year, unfortunatly, i was sick :(
Im suffering with a horrible dose of flu thats going around at the moment.
Myself and my boyfriend had planned to go to the zoo on the Saturday following my birthday, before heading out on the town that night.
Unfortunatly, we didnt head out as i was so ill, but we still went to the zoo, wrapped up warm and had a fab time.

I hadnt been to the zoo in about 4 years and i loved it. We spent about 5 hours there and we loved watching the sea lions being fed. Theyre amazing creatures. Unfortunatly we couldnt see the penguins being fed as the crowd was too huge and we were just getting squished- which, when paired with a flu, is not what you want!
I loved the squirrel monkeys, they were probably my favourite part of the zoo. One came right up to us and sat there for a while. Theyre beautiful animals, so cute!!

Myself and Trevor had a lovely day too, we got to spend some time together and it was really nice.

Birthday Girl

It was my birthday recently, and i got a gift that i was lusting over after seeing it on Amy Antoinette's blog a while back.
It is of course the Q&A a day, a 5 year journal.
It was a gift from my boyfriend, but its available from Amazon.com.

I have been loving it so far and i really hope i keep it up over time.

Ruby Woo

Last weekend, it was my niece and god-daughter, Rubys Christening.
It was an amazing day and i was so proud to see Ruby be Christened.
Before the event, I decided i would wear MAC RubyWoo, and organised my outfit around this... Which is silly, but I thought it was cute to wear RubyWoo, as I call Ruby this nickname too!
